Caruso Foot and Ankle is conveniently located within the Monmouth Executive Center at 2 Paragon Way, in Freehold, NJ. At Caruso Foot and Ankle, we are dedicated and focused on getting people back to their active lifestyle. Foot and ankle pain is not normal! Today’s lifestyle requires us to be constantly on our feet, and it is scary not to be able to move and do things that we want.
Dr. Rose Caruso is originally from Stratford, CT and graduated from Lehigh University with a degree in Behavioral Neuroscience. After graduating from Lehigh, she attended Temple University School of Podiatric Medicine, where she received her Doctor of Podiatric Medicine (DPM) degree. Dr. Caruso then went on to complete her residency programs at the University of Pennsylvania Presbyterian Hospital and at Crozer Keystone Health System. During her residency, she trained in Limb Lengthening and Childhood Deformities at the Rubin Institute for Advanced Orthopedics. She has also completed both Basic and Advanced AO courses in Orthopedic Principles and Fixation Techniques.
Dr. Caruso is Board Certified in foot surgery by the American Board of Foot and Ankle Surgery. She had completed a program in the Principles of Wound Healing and Hyperbaric Medicine. Afterward, she treated wounds and supervised hyperbaric dives at Ocean University Medical Center.
Dr. Caruso had practiced podiatry for Associates in Foot and Ankle Surgery in Brick, NJ for 8 years. In November of 2016, she opened her own practice in Monmouth County as a podiatrist at Caruso Foot and Ankle.
